Our Vision

Transforming the mind, body, and soul is key to changing the well-being of women and children across the nation. Many women and children live in spiritual, physical, and mental poverty due to situations and circumstances. Spiritual fitness, physical fitness, and mental fitness are crucial to overcoming.  Therefore, DOTK is committed to encouraging the transformation of mind, body, and soul through outreach efforts. These efforts are designed to combat hunger, inspire students, and demonstrate the love of Christ in practical ways.

Our History

  Daughters of the King [DOTK] was founded on January 14, 2014, by a group of Christian women residing in the Franklin, TN area. DOTK is a Christ-centered Charitable Nonprofit Organization which ministers articulate efforts driven to facilitate a positive change in the lives of women and children.


 DOTK's mission is to empower and transform the lives of women and children through community outreach efforts. These efforts are designed to address spiritual and physical needs, combat low self-esteem and negative self-image, and build confidence and self-worth. The goal is to foster a positive self-image in girls and women residing in and beyond the City of Franklin and Williamson County Area. 

  

DOTK remains committed and seeks to expand its reach in order to serve a greater number while continuing to fulfill its mission to Transform the Lives of Women and Children: Mind- Body-Soul.

  Evangelist Tucker is a graduate of Franklin High School and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University and also a Bachelor’s of Science in Theological Studies from Welch College. Evangelist Tucker serves as Outreach Pastor with Kingdom’s Love Ministries, Franklin, TN. This woman of God is on

  Evangelist Tucker is a graduate of Franklin High School and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University and also a Bachelor’s of Science in Theological Studies from Welch College. Evangelist Tucker serves as Outreach Pastor with Kingdom’s Love Ministries, Franklin, TN. This woman of God is on fire for the Lord and is called upon to deliver His word throughout the Middle Tennessee area as a guest speaker, spiritual advisor, and facilitator. Evangelist Tucker is married to Elder William Tucker and resides in Franklin, TN. They have three children: Nicholas, Shawnette, and Isaiah. and three granddaughters: Layla, Armonie (twins) and Jamila.

She’s a graduate of McArthur State Technical College in Opp, AL where she received her Associate in Applied Technology Degree in Accounting. Fritzi resides in Franklin, TN with her husband, Kenneth and they have a blended family of four children and fi

  Iris is a graduate of Franklin High School, and she earned her Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Draughon’s Jr. College, Nashville, TN.  Iris has been a dedicated employee of Ford Motor Credit for over 20+ years. Iris is an active member of Shorter Chapel A.M.E. Church as a member of the choir and the Women’s Missionary Societ

  Iris is a graduate of Franklin High School, and she earned her Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Draughon’s Jr. College, Nashville, TN.  Iris has been a dedicated employee of Ford Motor Credit for over 20+ years. Iris is an active member of Shorter Chapel A.M.E. Church as a member of the choir and the Women’s Missionary Society. Iris has a love and heart for children and has worked with The African American Heritage Society of Williamson County, The Shelter for Abused Women, and Second Harvest Food Bank as a volunteer.

LaDonna is a native of Martin, TN and a graduate at UTM where she received her B.S. Degree in Social Work. In 1999, LaDonna and her daughter Shantal relocated to the Middle TN area. She’s currently a sales associate at Academy Sports & Outdoors, a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville, TN and also lives in the Franklin, TN area.

La Toya was born and raised in Southern California, then she relocated to Middle Tennessee in 2008.  Her focus on bridging the customer service gap and operations led her to earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Business Management.  La Toya

currently works as a Client Relationship Manager for a boutique investment planning fir

To balance her bustling schedule, she enjoys volunteering within her community and currently serves as a Board Member on the Ray of Light Cancer Foundation, Daughters of the King, and Distinguished Young Women of Music City.
